What are all of the different Heroscape tiles?

I know most of the tiles names, like sand, rock, gr, water, road... but how are they all different? i have heard that you have to move slowly on ice, that you move faster on road... somebody please direct me to a list of terrains and how they are different. what is special about them. help.
