Asian ?

It seems to me that many of the asian films (from asia) that I find are of low homemade quality, even if they are from a studio. Does anybody know any (non-american) asian studios I can buy from or any specifically good titles with no censorship? By the way, social commentary will render no effect on me whatsoever, so standing on your soapbox is a waste of time.
