Why does my 11 week old Netherland dwarf rabbit rip up newspaper?

rabbits chew up things.. it is what they do. part of this is because their two front teeth never stop growing so they chew things instinctively to keep them worn down. Make sure she has plenty of toys that she can chew on. you can get them at pet stores and they are usually made of wood. :)
