She must not be able to see a significant difference with your health struggles while in Texas versus Seattle or she just doesn't care. Either way someone is not going to be happy. This decision is not to be taken lightly, because it seems as though this might be a "deal breaker" for your wife. Seems she is happy with what her life is like now. Maybe just be straight with her and ask her what is more important to her. Your family to stay together or divorce? Then she might be willing to discuss it with you if she knows how serious you consider the situation to be.
