yes he is being over friendly and probably wants more than friendship, but I think he needs to grow up he is acting like a silly child. I would say with him touching you and walking into you then barring your way so you have to squeeze past him that could be termed as bullying or abuse or even ual harment. You have been honest with him if you like him go for it but if you feel he is being a pest tell him to take a 5 mile hike
