Jerry Angelo, the dumbest man on earth???

Anybody think Jerry Angelo might be the dumbest man alive for not giving Devin Hester the money he deserves? If Hester leaves the Chicago Bears, the Bears will be a terrible team, because Hester gives them great field postion, a fast wide reciever and a kick returner who can score. Why isn't Angelo signing the most talented kick returner in the NFL, Devin Hester?
