Is There A Game Like Far Cry 2?

If you have played the game you would know that it is first person for everything. The driving is even first peron. It is a great game.. I was wondering if there is another game like it? A game where you can create your own maps including the terrain, buildings, vehicle and spawns. And it is multiplayer. Far Cry 2 is multiplayer but only for xbox live. I have live I just rarely played it with Far Cry 2 and would like a game that is 2 player.
