Is photo shop a good program to do drawings on? What does it help you do and how can i get it low cost?

Photoshop is THE program to get for drawing and coloring. I don't use anything else. You can't draw on it any better than paint, using a mouse, but if you have something like a Wacom tablet it's great. It's about four hundred bucks, though. The only way to get it for less is to buy it off of somebody that already has it and doesn't need it or (honestly) pirate it. I mean, yeah, you can't get a good program for cheap, is my point. I got mine from a friend.
