Im looking to stay at a haunted hotel or B&B in NY, MA, VT, PA area in September. Any ideas of good places?

Scary, quaint, Hotel or B&B in the Eastern part of NY, (not out near Buffalo), down toward NYC, or PA, Southern Vermont, Western Machusets, maybe even Rhode Island. Looking for something creepy.
