I have low back pain only on one side and also right side ribs and below is also paining.please help >?

reducing weight can relieve pressure on all weightbearing joints including back & legs. pinched nerve can be nasty for pain & can also mess up various systems depending on the nerve pinched. there are some exercises that can relieve pressure by getting muscles to work in different ways. have your doctor consider referral to physical therapy. in the meantime, avoid doing things that aggravate the pain. learn to move in other ways until you get an answer. living in pain is unpleasant enough that it would be worth it to do things differently.
