I am looking for a small breed dog like a yorkie or a maltese somewhere on those lines i can only afford ?

150.00 dollars and i live in the st.paul minneapolis area if any one knows where i can fond one that would be great thanks for all your help and i would greatly appreciate no rude or mean comments i always seem to get some of those thank you and have a happy holiday
