How ton unlock my phone...?

My phone has been taken away from me by my mother and somehow she is hacking it to change the code. It is a Verizon Wireless Blitz and i have no idea how she does it. Please help because now she has access to all the texts i send and all the calls i make. Basically shes ruining my life by doing this because she wont stop stalking me.
