Had an u/s today on day 11. What does it mean to have multiple small folliciles?

I am on my 1st round of Clomid. I had a routine ultrasound to look at folliciles and uterus. Since doctor was out, all I was told was that a good size for follicles are 2-3cm. My left side had .7 and .8 cm and my right had multiple follicles (largest size was...) 1.2 cm. What does it mean to have multiple small follicles on day 11. I have been pregnant once and miscarried 3 years ago. Been trying ever since. Husband has been checked and is healthy. Is this a big indication that we might not ever conceive again?
