Getting songs from bear share to my ipod?

Ok I downloaded over 1000 songs on bearshare (really awesome if u havent used it i definatly recomend trying it) and i tried draging the songs into itunes like i did when i download a song from limewire. when i try to do that a message comes up saying it cant be added to the llibrary because it is uner a protected wma format... what can i do?
