Fear of miscarrying!!?

hiya, i have had a rather complicated pregnancy i bleed alot, had a scan and was ok, i am now 8 weeks gone but petrified of loosing the baby, i just recently this week had a check up scan and they found the heart beat and everything looked good, i had bad sickness back then, but now its easing of i still feel sick but not as bad, i am quiet young to, not sure if that decreases my risk i just wish i could put my mind to rest and relax, anyone? am i ok?
